Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for MapleNest digital materials, tools, and events. If anything is unclear, please contact us before purchasing or registering.

1) What this policy covers

  • Digital products: downloadable guides, templates, or tools we may offer.
  • Online sessions or events: webinars, workshops, or similar registrations.
  • Services: if we announce paid consultations or bespoke support.

2) Digital products

  • Refund window: within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed, or if there is a material technical issue we cannot resolve within 5 business days.
  • Ineligible: refunds are generally not provided after you have downloaded or substantially accessed the content, except where required by law or when we determine exceptional circumstances.
  • How to request: include your order email, receipt, and a brief reason. We may request logs or screenshots to troubleshoot.

3) Online sessions and events

  • Free events: no charge; you may cancel anytime using the instructions provided in your confirmation.
  • Paid events (if offered): full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 48 hours, we’ll offer a recording or a seat in a future session where available.
  • If we reschedule or cancel: you may accept the new date or request a full refund.

4) Services (if available)

  • Consultations: refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.
  • Deliverables: once delivered, refunds are not provided; however, we will make reasonable efforts to correct material errors reported within 7 days.

5) How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject “Refund request”.
  2. Provide your name, purchase email, order number, and reason for the request.
  3. We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7–10 business days.

6) Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we submit the refund).

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve issues. Filing a chargeback without allowing us to assist may delay resolution. We will provide documentation to the payment provider as needed.

8) Promotions and bundles

Refunds for discounted bundles may be prorated. If a free item is included as part of a promotion, its value may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

9) Errors, access issues, and duplicates

  • Duplicate purchases: we will refund duplicates as soon as verified.
  • Access/technical issues: we’ll work with you to resolve. If we cannot fix a material issue promptly, you are eligible for a refund as described above.

10) Legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where laws require broader rights, we will comply.
